After taking pictures for a week with my rolleiflex (except for the pics on the blog) it felt really nice to work for one night with my digital camera. I love to be able to see my pictures immediately after I´ve been away working on a project. But it was important for me to use the analog camera so I could get some distance to what I do every day working with my newspaper.

The days with Elin and Knut Egil in and around Arvika has been extremely fun and interesting but sometimes very weird working so close to each other. Usually we always enjoy being as lonely as possible with what we document, but this was creative and also instructive. It was great to see how other photographers work and we had a lot of good discussions and gave each other input a long the way. I would definitively do this again if their will be another chance.

For the Fika pictures I had a great start and a really nice “fikamoment” week, but for the rockabillies it was more difficult to find moments in such short intense “always-on-the-road-trip”. I will continue the road trip through Scandinavia in a more slow way over the summer.
