Depostcardification

I have been to Trøndelag for a few days. I got some Inderøy sodd – the ultimate local dish in the Innherred area. Not too many pictures taken, probably because this is home and too nice in many ways. The whole region is a massive postcard. Therefore I am grateful to this fellow who unknowingly...
A Jens Hauge Moment

A Jens Hauge Moment

I took the bus from Nordby to Halden. As I photographed the landscapes along the road and the reflections in the windows I realized that this looks very much like Norwegian photographer Jens Hauge's latest project where all the 324 pictures are taken from the bus.
Now: Sports

Now: Sports

My career as a sports photographer has not yet rocketed. I like photographing sports though – when kept on a reasonable level. I realize that the Polaroid SX-70 might not be the ultimate sports camera. And I stlll struggle a bit with technical issues at times.
Working back to back to back

Working back to back to back

Things to remember

Folding camera. Knut Egil. June 2012. I have decided to bring an instant camera on my journey. I just got it in the mail, so I hope it works. There are always lots of choices to make before a journey, and things to remember to check, pack and so on. When it comes to the actual...

Spare time is not a new invention.

Spare time. Oslo, Norway, June 2012. Knut Egil. God also took a day off. Later on someone invented the weekend and took two days off, and since then we have only kept shortening our work hours. We now have more spare time than anyone else in Europe, but we keep ourselves quite busy anyway. I will...
